1 x Digital Concept Presentation (Initial presentation of layout and key features)
Up to 3 Rounds of Design Refinement (Minor adjustments to the concept)
Final Concept Sketch Package (Includes floor plan layout and key elevation views)

A 'Revision' is defined as a minor modification or adjustment to the approved Concept Design following the initial presentation, based on feedback regarding aesthetics, materials, or minor layout adjustments. A Revision does not include a complete change in the design brief, functional requirements (e.g., relocating the primary working triangle), or a complete change in design style after the concept has been presented.
